Augest 01-2023 sign partnership with SOS SOS Children’s Village Addis Ababa Program
Yegibi Lijoch Abro Adeg Association signed a memorandum of understanding with the “Young Care Leavers” project of SOS Children’s Villages in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Through our association, the president of the association, Abraham Tamru, and through SOS Children’s Villages in Addis Ababa Program “Young Care Leavers” project, SOS Addis Ababa Program Director, Ato Beilalem Baileyegne, met in various Addis Ababa SOS Villages. Matters have signed this memorandum of understanding to work in partnership. SOS Children’s Village Addis Ababa Program Young Care Leavers is a project that focuses on helping teenagers and young people between the ages of 15-29 who have left alternative care and are in trouble in terms of the current situation.
Therefore, SOS Children’s Village Addis Ababa is working closely in partnership with various stakeholders to ensure the success and sustainability of the project. From this point of view, in order to make this project successful, SOS Children’s Village Addis Ababa found it necessary to work as key stakeholders in the associations formed by teenagers and young people who have grown up from various alternative childcare facilities in the city administration, and he was able to sign this memorandum of understanding to work in partnership with our association.
