Conduct case study research regarding the problems and challenges to propose alternative solutions to the government stakeholder working on children and orphans’ cares.

Focus Area I

Engage in lobby & advocacy activities to make community awareness about domestic and foreign adoption of children who lost their parents due to distinct incidents.

Children reunification with family for the benefit of both the child & family

Participate and involve in activities of Supporting children without parents via family linkage, adoption, sponsor, fostering, kinship & orphanage connection including other community-based child friendly suitable mechanisms.

What we care for

Orphanage Capacity Building

  • Hire tutors for students in grades 6, 8, and 12 for English, Physics, Mathematics, and Social Science subjects
  • Upgrade clinic facilities and obtain accreditation from the Ministry of Health
  • Launch scholarship initiatives to support orphaned children enrolled in universities
  • Provide medical treatment support for orphanage residents at Kolfie and Kechene Orphanages

Improvement of childcare and service level of orphanages

  • Hire a special needs teacher for girls at Kechene Orphanage who are unable to attend school due to mental health issues
  • Establish youth centers, music clubs, fine art clubs, and sports clubs within the orphanages
  • Expand vocational training programs within the orphanages to equip residents with practical skills
  • Provide access to mental health counselling and support services for orphanage residents
  • Implement environmental sustainability initiatives within the orphanages

Providing educational support‚ vocational training ‚ health, counseling, couching

  • Conduct training sessions for association members, female orphanage residents, male youths, and caregivers (nannies)
  • Provide pocket money for university and college care leavers
  • Organize cultural events, performances, and recreational activities within the orphanages
    Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms
  • Advocate for policy reforms and improvements in the orphanage system
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members and caregivers
  • Integrate technology into educational programs and activities within the orphanages
